What is Regenerating Movement?

The Regenerating Movement is practised by momentarily suspending the voluntary system. It requires no knowledge or technique. On the contrary, we must unburden ourselves of them. The pursuit of a predetermined goal only hinders the natural evolution of our being. The principle we have formulated is therefore:

“NO KNOWLEDGE, NO TECHNIQUE, NO GOAL.”

For those seeing the Regenerating Movement for the first time, the spectacle is quite surprising. Since we are accustomed to movements that are more or less controlled, intellectualized, or even deliberate, a movement that goes beyond the voluntary realm brings to mind illness, madness, or hypnosis; the Regenerating Movement seems to lend itself to such interpretations.

The truth is completely different. During the Movement, the conscious mind, instead of being anxious like that of a sick person, remains calm and serene. Instead of being confused like that of a madman, it remains lucid. Instead of being constrained and limited like that of a hypnotized person, it remains free.

The Regenerating Movement is not performed. It is triggered in response to the body’s need.

Since this need differs from one individual to another, and in the same individual from one moment to the next, there can be no uniformly programmed movement. As a result, nothing is easier than to deviate from what is natural by adding a few “seductive ingredients.”

Theoretically, there are two forms of Regenerating Movement: one that exists in all individuals in the form of natural bodily reactions, such as yawning, sneezing, restlessness during sleep, etc.; the other, whose formula was developed half a century ago by Master Haruchika Noguchi. It is this latter form that we practice.

To be initiated into the Movement, it is advisable to wait until one has reached a certain degree of mental maturity and that all proposed solutions have been questioned. It should not be imposed on anyone, not even your family, and not just at any time. It is essential that the desire to return to nature germinate within oneself. You don’t pick fruit before it’s ripe.

The Regenerating Movement is not an external contribution. It paves the way for deep self-discovery. This path is not a straight line to paradise; it is winding.

It is up to each individual, on their own responsibility, to find their unity of being.

As the body becomes more sensitive, disturbing sensations may arise, which can be off-putting to people who do not have a good understanding of the process at the outset.

After reaching very intense levels, the Movement gradually calms down. It becomes more subtle. Breathing deepens. The Movement eventually coincides with movement in daily life, which has become so natural that there is no longer any need to do anything special.

The terrain will then be normalised.

This normalisation is not only physical, but also psychological. A new perspective is created as the ability for fusion of sensitivity, which affect our human relationships and our reactions to the environment, develops.

If this fusion broadens the openness of our mind, we will reach a state of non-body and non-mind.

It is then that we will discover that man is fundamentally FREE
